These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AI System website and its quick quiz (the “Service”). Please read them carefully. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

The Service is a short, free questionnaire. You choose one answer for each of six questions, and the Service displays a summary of your selections. The summary is generated from your own answers and is provided for general informational purposes only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. No professional advice

Nothing in the Service constitutes legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice, an offer, or a recommendation to buy or use any product or service. The summary does not guarantee any outcome or result. You are responsible for your own decisions and should seek independent advice where appropriate.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• use bots, scripts, or other automated means to access or interact with the Service;
• interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
• copy, scrape, resell, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without our written permission;

After you complete the quiz, the Service may link you to a third-party website. We do not own or control such websites and are not responsible for their content, products, services, or privacy practices. Your use of any third-party website is governed by that website’s own terms and policies.

Disclosure: we may receive compensation if you visit or take action on a third-party website through links on our Service. This does not cost you anything extra and does not mean that we endorse any particular product or service.

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to AI System and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes. All other rights are reserved.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or update these Terms, at any time. The “Last updated” date above shows when the Terms were last changed. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which AI System is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.
